Our quiet and sunny house with its three holiday apartments is located in the heart of Sand in Taufers. Despite the central location, you can enjoy a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere with us. In the immediate vicinity, you will find numerous shopping opportunities, restaurants, pizzerias, a bicycle rental, a children’s playground, as well as the bus station and the stop for the free bus.
Our apartments are comfortably furnished and feature a kitchen with a dining area, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Bed and kitchen linen, hand and bath towels are of course provided. The kitchen is equipped with dishes and various kitchen appliances. A washing machine is also available.
The house includes a well-kept garden and a covered parking space. Each apartment is equipped with satellite TV and Wi-Fi. In the basement, there is a ski room with a ski boot dryer.
The surroundings offer numerous excursion possibilities, including the impressive waterfalls, the historic Taufers Castle, various hiking trails, as well as activities like rafting, paragliding, skiing, tobogganing, and cross-country skiing.
For electric vehicles, a wallbox is available, and only 50 meters away there is a large charging station.

Cancellation conditions:
Canceling a vacation can be unpleasant for everyone involved. We therefore advise you to take out travel cancellation insurance. We recommend that you take out cancellation cover from Europäische Reiseversicherung, which can cover your vacation for as little as 30 euros. You can quickly calculate the costs for your travel cancellation insurance under the following link and take out the policy if you are interested:

If you deliberately decide not to take out travel cancellation insurance, please understand that we may have to insure ourselves against cancellation and therefore apply the following cancellation policy:
If you cancel up to 60 days before the start of your vacation, you will not incur any costs and we will refund your deposit.
If you cancel up to 30 days before the start of your vacation, we will charge 50% of the total price.
If you cancel less than 14 days before the start of your vacation, we will charge 100% of the total price.
In the event of late arrival or early departure, the full price will be charged.
We charge €20 processing fee and transaction costs for every cancellation.
Exception: for cancellations of reservations in the period 07.02.-22.02.2026 we charge 100% of the total price.
